Encrypted Email Delivery
When you choose to share, your entry is sent directly to your therapist's encrypted Hushmail email — a HIPAA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted email service used by healthcare professionals. Your words are protected in transit and at rest.
You Are Always in Control
Sharing is always your choice. You decide which entries to share and when. No entry is ever shared automatically. A confirmation step ensures nothing is sent by accident.
Bottom line: Your private thoughts stay private. They are never stored in the cloud, never floating around on the internet, and never accessible to anyone without your explicit permission. When you do share, it goes straight to an encrypted, secure email — nowhere else.
